She was so excited to get it done but she was really nervous - the staff were super nice and walked her through the process really well to help her feel better about it. I requested 2 practitioners so both ears could be done at once and they were happy to arrange this for us. They handled my daughter's nerves so well. We really appreciated their patience and thoughtfulness. Thank you Relax!
